POLICYHOLDER INFORMATION

Capitol Restoration Dry Cleaners knows the policyholder is going through a very stressful period.  So we want to do everything we can to alleviate some stress.

Capitol provides a 24 hr. emergency service.  We will clean a weeks worth of clothes and shoes for you and have it  delivered the very next day even if heavy smoke damage has occured.

Your clothes will be completed generally between 7-14 days after pick-up.

Depending on the severity of your loss, Capitol can store your clothing and valuables at our warehouse facility.

ADDITIONAL FACTS AND INFORMATION

The onsite account manager will assist you to separate items for your 24 hr. Emergency Order.  We recommend you set aside a weeks worth of clothes and shoes for each household member.

  • If you have any special occasions coming up in the near future, let the account manager know and he/she will help you separate the items you need.
  • If you have any special requests on the handling of your garments, please let the account manager know.
  • If there are any items that are valued at $150.00 or more, or require special handling please point them out so we can list it on your declaration sheet.
  • Please remove any valuables from your garments to avoid having them taken to our facility.  However, if there is anything that is found, we will secure it and return it to you.
  • On occasion you will need Capitol to return for an additional pickup or need additonal services.  You will have the account managers personal cell number to contact if you need anything.
