THE CAPITOL PROCESS

Capitol Restoration Dry Cleaners takes a great deal of pride in restoring garments, textiles, and soft goods to their pre-loss condition.  In order to accomplish the very highest quality of customer service, Capitol Restoration Dry Cleaners used these steps to achieve complete customer satisfaction.


CLAIM ASSIGNMENT

Once a claim is assigned, the policyholder will be contacted within 30 minutes to schedule the Pack-Out.  The Pack-Out is usually completed within 24 hrs. after the initial notification.  The sooner the damaged items are processed the better the results.  Capitol will work with the policyholder to accommodate their schedule.


ONSITE DAMAGE ASSESSMENT

Once the on-site manager arrives at the loss he or she will explain what Capitol’s procedure involves.  A walk through is performed with the customer while the on-site manager takes photos of the damaged clothes, textiles, and soft goods.  This gives the policyholder a real sense of security.


INVENTORY/INVOICE

Capitol will provide a detailed inventory and an Xactimate estimate within 48 hrs after the Pack-Out.  This estimate details the cost to restore all items packed out.  There will never be a charge for items that cannot be restored.  Capitol knows that adjusters need to close claims as quick as possible that is why the job will be invoiced in 48 hrs and all relevant paper work will be ready.


RUSH DELIVERY

During the Onsite Damage Assessment the on-site manager will consult with the policyholder and set aside a weeks worth of shoes and clothing to be ready within 24 hrs for Rush Delivery.  The Rush Delivery will ensure that a claim for emergency clothes will be virtually eleminated.  We will also schedule a visit to our plant if necessary.


POLICYHOLDER SERVICE

Keeping the policyholder informed on every step of the process is very important to usl.  The policyholder will be contacted throughout the process.  Our goal is to keep the policyholder informed and reducing their worry.


ADDITIONAL SERVICES

When the pack-out is completed the on-site manager will leave his/her personal cell number with the policyholder in case the policyholder has questions or needs additional services.  After the final delivery, Capitol will follow-up to insure complete satisfaction.
